Dear friends,

I am very glad to announce that in the month of July 2007 our PBAN completed its two decades. Our Association have given us the seven past Presidents who with their deep knowledge enlighted the focus with a keen invert towards the smooth progressive working of the Association. I would like to emphasized that at the first instant, our Association adopted the modern code of conducts and taken lead in Maharashtra to achieve its goal.

Our Nashik is strategically located in the northern part of the Maharashtra. Nashik has a parallel distance i.e. 180 k. mts. away from the mega cities Mumbai and Pune; it covers the approach to the Mumbai – Agra National Highway, Nashik-Pune state Highway and also very nearer approach to the Gujrat state etc.

Due to the expansion in the present industrial field, expecting I.T. parks, Grape wineries and allied companies and also increasing population there is a pressing demand for affordable housing.

Our Association with the help of Nashik Municipal Corporation provided beautiful gardens, water fountains etc. in the heart of the city along with the fringe area of the Nashik Municipal Corporation.

Since the beginning of the Association we had launched exhibitions, seminars & events at the frequent intervals and it compels me to point out here that all these functions are in the receipt of tremendous good response.

It is, indeed my proud privilege to welcome you to meet at our just launched website  www.pban-nashik.com, it is mainly meant for to facilitate our bonafide house purchasers to know all our latest activities in the newly creating real estate scenario preferable to the rich families and affordable to the low income groups within their choice. Our focus is to achieve growth of business of our members along with social responsibility. Based on this motto we have started many city development projects.

We would be updating knowledge about real estate scenario in Nashik in my next issue. I hope that each boon of every effort of all our strive member of the Association would help to fulfill the need of shelter of the bonafide purchaser and also it would help to create the systematic development, increase of the beautification of our glorious city.
